Other areas in Nairobi: KSh 700
Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM
Delivery timeline: Within 24 hours, subject to product availability, location, and order confirmation.
Same-day delivery: Available for eligible Nairobi CBD orders placed before 3:00 PM, subject to confirmation.
Delivery charges and timelines may vary depending on the order size, destination, traffic, and other circumstances.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
The product is unused and in its original condition.
The original packaging is intact where applicable.
Proof of purchase is provided.
The product has not been damaged through misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after inspection and approval of the return.
Custom-made, specially ordered, installed, or non-returnable products may be excluded from returns, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the agreed terms.
