How does an Electric Fence Energizer electrify a fence is a frequently asked question. In essence, it functions as a simple transformer that generates a high-voltage energy stream that may be used to safely and successfully do the task that the customer has requested.
Fence energizers can be powered by rechargeable batteries, 12 or 9 volt batteries, or 220 volt mains (some with solar support). Your circuit is not closed, energy cannot flow, and the fence is idle when the gadget is earthed and linked to a fence.

Total length of fence:
Actually, it doesn’t matter much. Why? Because, if there are no leaks of energy to the soil via weeds or substandard insulators, even small units will energize longer fences and stop invaders.
